Jennifer Lopez

JenniferJennifer was always looking forward to becoming multi-tasking star. As a child Jennifer was a fan of many different musical styles, mostly Afro-Caribbean musics such as merengue, salsa and the bachata. Also, she was a fan of mainstream music, like hip-hop and R&B. Music was her passion, but she was equally fascinated by the cinema industry. The most influential film she was influenced by was the Rita Moreno musical, West Side Story (1961). At 5, Jennifer began taking singing and dancing lessons. In addition to being an entertainment artist, Jennifer is also a Catholic schoolgirl, attending eight years at the Catholic elementary school , named Holy Family situated in The Bronx, before graduating from an all-girls prep school, Preston High School after a four-year stay. Jennifer excelled in athletics throughout her school years and played tennis and track and field. The majority of her life was spent upbringing in a two-story house within the Castle Hill neighborhood. Jennifer was forced to leave her house at age was 18 and moved in with her family. Lopez worked as a lawyer during that time and took lessons at night.
